WCO operates several Adult Living Centers that provide housing for low-income adults and individuals with disabilities. The rent is $275 per month and a $100 deposit is required. Each center has a common living-room area, kitchen area and free laundry. Each resident has their own bedroom and bathroom. The Adult Living Centers are located throughout Nashville and can be found at the following addresses:

310 Rose Street (South Nashville)
26 and 14 Claiborne Street. (South Nashville)
411 Humphreys Street (South Nashville)
1911 Britt Place (North Nashville)

Many residents have no family and need assistance to do everyday tasks like going to the grocery store or to the doctor's office.
