Executive Director

Cathie has served as Executive Director of Woodbine Community Organization since August 1990. She has more than 20 years experience providing consulting, training and program management services to private organizations and public agencies providing supportive education and affordable housing programs. Her areas of expertise include financial planning and management of housing programs and organizations, strategic planning, training, tax-credit multi-family housing development and turnaround of troubled properties. Prior to joining WCO, she was the Director of Weight Watchers of Middle and East Tennessee. Her education includes a B.A in Education from San Jose State College, and a Certificate in Development Finance from the National Development Council.
