The Homeless Prevention and Rapid re-housing Program (HPRP) is a part of the federal government’s stimulus funds. WCO prevents homelessness by helping people that have gone through a foreclosure to find rental properties. Additionally, this program helps renters to avoid eviction from their current homes. If their apartment is no longer affordable to them, HPRP assists community members to search for affordable apartments that are within their budgets.
