Many people are qualified to buy a house and don't know it.  We offer Front Door appointments that help to determine your financial readiness to purchase a home.

During a Front Door meeting, our trained, HUD approved housing counselor will examine your income, debt, and credit. If you do not currently qualify to purchase a home, the counselor will help you develop an action plan that will explain the steps needed to become a homeowner.

Front Door appointments take about 30 minutes to an hour and are free. During the counseling session, we’ll introduce you to programs in the city that provide down payment and closing cost assistance.
