The fast track program is an eight-hour counseling session for future homeowners that have received their mortgage or are mortgage ready. This course provides the qualification for down-payment assistance or for other loan products. Fast track courses are held on the third Saturday of every month from 9am-4pm. The curriculum in a homebuyer class (for individuals getting mortgage ready) is the same as for a fast track group (for individuals that are mortgage ready). The certification earned from the Fast Track program is valid for one year. There is no fee for participation.
